SHIPPING INFO:

Orders ship within 2-4 business days. Friday & weekend orders typically ship the following Monday.

We're lucky to live in the mountains, but that means shipping times can be unpredictable. For that reason, we've removed the priority shipping option.

RETURNS:

We offer a full refund for new, unused totes if returned with in 30 days. Click here to start your self-serve return. Please include your name, email address, and the specifics of your exchange/refund request (reason for refund/exchange). We will contact you, if needed, when we receive your return.
